Wonder what she'd do with carrot cake? This reminds me of a time when everyone grew zucchini, and we all had piles of them -- couldn't even give them away. We put zucchini in everything, and I remember a recipe of zucchini marmalade that included crushed pineapple and Jello. You're just following the latest health trend in hiding veggies in all your kids' favourite foods -- way to go!
